Patna, The results of UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 (UPSC CSE Results 2023) have arrived. This time 1,016 candidates have achieved success in the Civil Services Examination 2023. Aditya Srivastava of Uttar Pradesh has secured first position in the Civil Services Examination 2023. Whereas, Animesh Pradhan and Donuru Ananya Reddy got second and third position respectively. The students of Bihar have performed well this time also. Especially the talents from small districts and towns have proved their mettle by hoisting their flag in civil services. Many students of Bihar have achieved success in UPSC examination. The first name among these is that of Shivam Kumar of Samastipur who has been able to make his place in the top 20. Pradeep Tekriwal, father of Shivam Kumar, who got 19th rank, is a medicine shopkeeper. Mother Santoshi Devi is a housewife. Shivam is currently an Income Tax officer in Nagpur and had worked in Mercedes Company in Bengaluru for about 2 years. After this he started preparing and succeeded.
Preparing to leave job
The 23rd rank is of Saurabh Sharma of Gopalganj, who is the son of retired superintending engineer Jai Kishore Sharma. He has passed the UPSC exam at the age of just 22. He is currently living with his father in Kushinagar. Gaurav told that guidance from father Kishore Sharma, mother Prabhat Sharma and elder brother played an important role. He has done civil engineering from IIT Delhi in 2022. After 8 months of work, he left the job to prepare for UPSC.
Reliance on self study
By focusing on self-study, Virupaksh Vikram Singh of Aurangabad got 49th rank. Virupaksh Vikram Singh, son of IPS officer Vineet Vinayak, resident of Jamhor village of Aurangabad Sadar block, is the great grandson of senior advocate of Patna High Court, late Abhay Kumar Singh. Virupaksh Vikram Singh, who had a sharp intellect since childhood, had a dream since childhood to serve the entire country by becoming an administrative officer. He said that he prepared by focusing on self-study and worked whole-heartedly to achieve success, the result of which is visible today.
Priya’s spirit should be appreciated
The spirit of Priya Rani, who got 69th rank, deserves praise. Priya Rani, daughter of farmer Abhay Kumar, resident of Kurkuri, Phulwari Sharif, told that during B.Tech, she had worked in a company in Bengaluru for 1 year in campus placement. After this I left my job for preparation. In this sequence, he got Indian Defense Service in the second attempt in the year 2021. My heart became sad due to not getting success in the third attempt. On her father’s insistence, she appeared for the interview in her fourth attempt. She told that she used to wake up at 4:00 in the morning and study.
Success in fourth attempt
Siddhant Kumar of Patna has secured 114th rank by doing self study and online classes. Siddhant Kumar, a resident of Bank Colony, Chitragupt Nagar, Patna, told that he got success in UPSC for the fourth time, before this he had also faced the interview twice, but was not successful. Along with self-study for 8 to 10 hours every day, he also took the help of online classes.
Success in third attempt
Dr. Prem Kumar, son of Ravindra Chaudhary and Bharti Devi of Obra block, has secured 130th rank in the UPSC examination. He also got 677th rank in the UPSC exam of 2023. He had contributed to the Indian Railway Management Service. His desire was to become an IAS and he took leave and continued his studies. After doing MBBS from Bhagalpur in 2013, he resigned from the job in AIIMS Delhi and started preparing for UPSC. His dream of becoming an IAS came true in the third attempt.
parents’ dream fulfilled
Nitesh Kumar Mishra of Darbhanga told that he has fulfilled the dream of his parents by getting success in this examination. Nitesh Kumar Mishra has got 158th rank. Nitesh’s father Ram Vilas Mishra and his mother Ram Laddu Mishra are very happy with the success. Family members told that Nitesh was brilliant in studies since childhood. He always had a desire to join administrative services, currently Nitesh is working in an agriculture company in Visakhapatnam along with family responsibilities, from there he also prepared for UPSC and was successful.
Left job worth Rs 32 lakh
Apoorva Anand of Banka has got 163rd rank. He said that the circumstances were bad, but I made it my strength and achieved success. Apoorva, son of Om Narayan Sharma of Bhekhanpur village, had already taken the job on a package of Rs 32 lakh. Later he left. Apoorva told that his father had died in 2015, after which his journey was not easy.
Shayam became the pride of Muzaffarpur
Sam Raja of Muzaffarpur has got 188th rank in UPSC. He got this success in his third attempt. Saen had reached the mains in the second attempt. Sain studied from Sunshine School till 12th and then did B.Tech from IIT Bangalore. Presently he was working as a data scientist in a multinational company. On this success, he said that he maintained a balance between studies and work. Corrected the mistakes made last time and kept on completing them by setting targets for each day.
Inspirational story of Aniket Dubey
The story of Aniket Dubey of Gopalganj is very inspiring. He failed continuously but did not give up. Finally secured 226th rank and became IPS. He got this success in his fifth consecutive attempt. His father Shambhu Dubey and mother Anita Devi are both teachers. Aniket from Hajiyapur of Gopalganj city did not give up even after not passing the exam four times and his passion along with his stubbornness made him successful in the country’s highest examination.
Miracle of Ajay Yadav of Saran
Ajay Yadav of Saran district has secured 290th rank. Ajay has achieved success in the second attempt. Ajay Yadav’s entire family currently lives in Vardhaman, West Bengal, where he runs a hotel. The family is of very ordinary economic background. Ajay told that he had reached the interview in the first attempt, but could not succeed. Despite this, he did not lose courage and continued his preparation.
Jehanabad’s experiences said- set goals
Anubhav from Jehanabad, who got 309th rank, said that he was not afraid of the competition and kept trying. Anubhav, son of Ranjit Kumar, headmaster of middle school of Arwal district and Madhuri Devi, said that there is no need to be afraid of competitive exams, but one should keep trying with hard work. Anubhav told the students preparing for competitive exams to set goals and work hard.
Monica of Aurangabad did wonders
Monica Srivastava, who got 455th rank, is a resident of Satyendra Nagar, Aurangabad. Monica has made Bihar proud by passing the Union Public Service Commission examination. Monica, daughter of engineer Brajesh Srivastava and principal Bharti Srivastava, has been an IITian and has also worked in a big multinational company.
UPSC preparation with job
Rahul Kumar of Muzaffarpur has got 504th rank. He told that after studying till 10th class, he appeared for Bihar Board. After doing B.Tech from IIT Bhubaneswar, he was selected in DRDO 3 years ago. Presently Rahul was working as Executive Engineer in NTPC Vindhyachal. Here, along with the job, he continued his preparation.
Raxaul’s Ranu Gupta selected in IPS
Ranu Gupta of Raxaul has secured 536th rank. Ranu Gupta, son of Renu Devi and Sanjay Kumar Gupta, resident of Road, Ward No. 6 of Raxaul, has achieved success as IPS. Ranu got this success in her first attempt itself. Working as a software engineer in Bengaluru, Ranu appeared in the examination and achieved success and brought glory to East Champaran along with Raxaul. Ranu did her primary education from the high school of Raxaul.
Left journalism and now became an officer
Shahenshah Siddiqui of Narkatiaganj has got 762nd rank. He once worked in a news channel. He said goodbye to journalism and started trying his luck in UPSC. Time hit him five times, but he did not let his courage break and achieved success the sixth time. His early education was in Narkatiaganj only. After 12th, he did civil engineering.
