According to the information, three people including an MP have died in this fierce violence while more than 150 people are injured.
Significantly, on Monday itself, Sri Lankan PM Mahinda Rajapaksa resigned from his post after heavy pressure. An important meeting was held on Sunday regarding the political crisis in the country, in which Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa asked his brother Mahinda Rajapaksa to resign.
