Chandigarh. The Congress lost power, failing to stop the confrontation between the Congress leaders of Punjab. Now Haryana has increased the difficulty of the party high command. The reason for this is that two veteran leaders of Haryana Congress are facing each other. It is now difficult for Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi to handle Haryana. Here the tussle between party president Kumari Selja and former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda has intensified. Recently, there was news that Shailja has spoken of resigning from the post. Now the news is that the Congress leadership will seek answers from the MLAs and leaders who stay away from the party’s programs.
According to Congress sources, if the notices are issued to the party’s MLAs and leaders, it may further escalate the tussle between Shailja and Hooda. Earlier there was a tu-tu, main-main between Shailja and Hooda in the presence of Rahul Gandhi. Now what has happened is that on April 7 in Chandigarh, the Congress demonstrated against inflation, in addition to Hooda, all the MLAs including Kuldeep Vishnoi and Kiran Chaudhary did not participate. Hooda had even said that it is not necessary to go to every program of the party. Earlier, even on the issue of a meeting, the factions of both had come face to face.
Haryana Congress and Congress Legislature Party meeting was held on 4 April. In-charge Vivek Bansal and Kumari Selja attended the Congress meeting, but the meeting of the legislature party in Delhi was presided over by Bhupinder Singh Hooda. 7 MLAs of the party had come to the Congress meeting. Among them, 3 belonged to Hooda camp and after some time they went to the meeting of Delhi. On behalf of the party, it was said that under the strategy, separate meetings were held in Chandigarh and Delhi. Earlier, Hooda took a jibe at Shailja and said that a person who has ego should leave it. At the same time, Shailja had said that she is a Congressman by birth and has no ego.
