Kawardha (Naiduniya News). Providing better health services to the people has been the highest effort of our government. We have taken big steps to improve health services not only during the Covid period but even before that. We have ensured the availability of life-saving medicines and injections from oxygen cylinders even during the COVID period. Cabinet Minister Mohammad Akbar said the above things on the occasion of the inauguration of the newly constructed Staff Quarter located in the District Hospital Complex.
With the efforts of Minister Akbar, the staff quarter in the district hospital premises was given by the government to the health department. Due to the efforts of the Minister, the Health Department in the district has got the gift of different works worth more than 3 crore 78 lakhs. Among these, mainly F and G type quarters for the staff in the district hospital premises, staff quarters in Jhalmala, 50 thousand liters of water tank is ready at the cost of 16.57 lakhs. It was inaugurated on Monday with the tax lotus of the minister and the guests. Upgradation works of district hospital, proposed 20 bed isolation ward and 10 bed geriatric ward, land worship, newly constructed staff quarter of Jhalmala were also inaugurated on this occasion.
Newly administered pulse polio dose
During the said program, guests including Cabinet Minister Mohammad Akbar, Pandaria MLA Mamta Chandrakar, NAPA President Rishi Sharma administered pulse polio dose to the newly born children in the district hospital. After this, CMHO of Health Department Dr. Shailendra Kumar Mandal, Civil Surgeon Dr. PC Prabhakar, RMO Dr. Purshottam Rajput, DPM Srishti Sharma, Hospital Consultant Reena Saluja, District Hospital Accountant Deepak Thakur, Gynecologist Dr. Ajit Radekar, Orthopedist The officers-employees including Dr. Aditya Chandel, Health Media In-charge Tulika Sharma were honored by providing citations from the Collector and Minister for their excellent work. The stage of the program was conducted by health media in-charge Tulika Sharma.
