As elections are approaching, the leaders of our country make more than one promise, it will not be wrong to say that these promises are made to win votes, and there are many politicians who become a reason for discussion by making strange promises. Huh. One such statement came from Bharatiya Samaj Party chief Om Prakash Rajbhar who promised that if its alliance with the Samajwadi Party comes to power in the upcoming elections in Uttar Pradesh, it would allow three passengers to travel together on a bike. Will give
Rajbar said this in an interview to ANI. His exact words were something like, “300 passengers are carried on 70 seats in a train and challan is not received… if 3 people ride bike then why challan? When our government comes to power, 3 riders will be able to ride bikes for free, otherwise we will challan jeeps/trains. Whenever there is a fight in a village and a person files a complaint with the police, a constable goes to the village. They make the accused persons sit on the bike with them. Why is that inspector not fined for tripling?”

Invoice on Triple Riding
Let us tell you, in India only two riders are legally allowed to ride on a two wheeler. However, triple riding is a common practice in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, where the police do not pay much attention to such violations. Say anything but more than two rides on two wheeler is illegal and if you do it as per MV Act then there is challan. Two wheelers are not designed to carry more than two people.

Carrying three passengers can cause a number of problems, including the vehicle becoming unbalanced and losing control. Apart from this, triple riding also increases the load on the engine, which can cause a lot of problems, and can put people’s lives in danger. To prevent motorists from violating the rules, the government has recently tightened the rules and increased the challan amount.
