When the girl realized that the youth would not marry her, she appealed for justice by submitting an application in Tehta police station. On Sunday, the police arrested the accused youth.

Last Friday, the alleged victim girl was medically examined in Sadar Hospital with the help of women police. After this, the girl’s statement was recorded in the court by Tehta police on Saturday. Regarding the incident, the brother of the minor girl says that he works in Delhi. His mother and sister live in his village in Tehta police station area. His mother is not well. He told that a youth from the same village sexually exploited his sister by trapping her in a love trap.

The brother of the minor girl said that the accused youth used to come to their house and deceived their sister that he would marry her. According to the allegation, the youth had physical relations with their sister many times. When their sister became pregnant, he refused to marry her. The girl kept pleading due to fear of public shame. The accused youth deceived her and brought her to Jehanabad and got her abortion done by getting an abortion done in a doctor’s clinic.

The minor’s brother further said that when his sister fully realized that the young man had cheated her, she filed an application in Tehta police station and pleaded for justice. On Sunday, the police arrested the accused young man. After medical examination, preparations are on to send him to jail.
