Rajnandgaon. On International Women’s Day, women active in the society were honored by organizing programs at different places in the city. Those who did exemplary work for women’s empowerment were honored in a hotel by Jitendra Mudaliar, chairman of the State Youth Commission. Women empowerment was much needed
