New Delhi. CM Arvind Kejriwal is currently in ED custody. CM says that during his appearance in Rouse Avenue Court, people around him were misbehaved. This misbehavior was not done by anyone else but his security in-charge. In the order of granting custody, a complaint has been made against this police officer on behalf of Arvind Kejriwal. In paragraph number 41 of the order, it was said on behalf of the CM that during the appearance, ACP AK Sharma misbehaved with the people present with him. This ACP is the security in-charge and his responsibility is to bring them to the court and take them back.
The court has sent CM Arvind Kejriwal to ED custody till March 28. Arvind Kejriwal’s complaint is that ACP K. Leo is unnecessarily harsh and misbehaves with people. The court was told that earlier, during the production of co-accused Manish Sisodia in the court, the said ACP had also misbehaved with him. A written complaint was given in this regard also. Therefore, it was requested to the court that action should be taken against this right. He should be removed from this responsibility. An application against ACP AK Singh was submitted to the court on behalf of Arvind Kejriwal, in which he has demanded the removal of the concerned police officers or giving them some other responsibility in their place.

‘Delhi ministers colluded’
The ED claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party was the major beneficiary of the crime proceeds in the alleged excise scam case. Arvind Kejriwal himself took advantage of being on the post of Chief Minister of Delhi. “Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is the mastermind and main conspirator of the Delhi Excise scam, who is in nexus with Delhi government ministers, AAP leaders and other persons,” the federal agency told the special court constituted under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) while seeking his custody. Are.”
‘CM involved in collusion with liquor traders’
The ED claimed in its remand letter, “Arvind Kejriwal was involved in a conspiracy to prepare the Excise Policy 2021-22 to benefit certain people and he was accepting bribes from liquor traders in exchange for benefiting them through this policy.” Kejriwal (55), a former Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, was arrested by the ED on Thursday night from his official residence in Civil Lines, Delhi, under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
