In the quest to make disaster an opportunity during the Corona period, women belonging to the group of Aajeevika Mission had gathered courage to increase income by making uniforms on a large scale. Women had prepared two lakh 77 thousand uniforms by starting work with a big goal. These women had prepared uniforms worth about eight crore rupees. 25 percent of which has not been paid till now. Due to which the frustration is increasing among women about this work.
Eight crore is to be paid: Due to the delay in payment, the women of the Aajeevika Mission’s group, which has sewn uniforms and mobilized employment, are getting frustrated. With great hope, 203 women of the group, who did the work of stitching uniforms, had stitched 2 lakh 77 thousand uniforms by adopting the path of earning a living sitting at home. For which about 8 crores was to be paid. which has not happened so far.

50 permanent sewing centers have been opened in ten development blocks of the district.

Operation of two big units of Balaghat-Lalbarra is also in the hands of women.
The women of the group of Aajeevika Mission have done sewing work of 2 lakh 77 thousand uniforms in the district. Out of which payment of two crore is pending, the action of which is going on. As soon as the amount is received from the government, it will go to the account of the group of women.
