On the instructions received from Police Headquarters Bhopal, SP Shailendra Singh Chouhan handed over the command of traffic in the city to women police officers and employees. Matri Shakti, wearing a uniform at every intersection of the city, controlled the traffic of the city. Women employees collected fines from 36 drivers for ignoring traffic rules.
