Ghaziabad. The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has once again presented a new example of its commitment to take the schemes of the center and the state to every section without discrimination. Realizing the mission of PM Modi’s Sabka Saath, Sabka Vishwas, the first kidney transplant has been successfully completed in the state through Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana under the leadership of Yogi Sarkar. Through this kidney transplant, 28-year-old Nazish of Meerut district got a new life on the occasion of Eid. It is nothing less than a gift for Nazish and his family.
Biggest gift received on Bakrid
Salim Ahmed and Sabeela’s 28-year-old daughter, Nazish, had kidney failure in Walidpur village, located in Daurala block of Sardhana tehsil of Meerut district. When shown to the doctors, they asked for kidney transplant. Salim and his son Azam were somehow living with the family by working hard. In such a situation, the whole family was shocked to hear the cost of kidney transplant, but it became possible without spending any money from Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Nazish also reached his family on Eid after kidney transplant and the whole family is very happy. Nazish’s sister Farheen told that sister Nazish and mother (donor) Sabeela are completely healthy. Our family has received a priceless gift from the Ayushman Bharat scheme on Eid.
Operation completed on 20 June
Nazish’s family got information from the dialysis center in Gangnagar that kidney transplant facility has started for the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat scheme at Yashoda Super Specialty Hospital. Azam approached Yashoda Hospital and then after all the legal process Dr. Prajit Majumdar from Nephrology and Dr. Vaibhav Saxena from Urology, Dr. Niren Rao and Dr. Kuldeep Agarwal’s team transplanted the kidney on June 20 and on June 27 the mother The daughter was discharged from the hospital and sent home. Dr. Upasana Arora, MD & CEO of Yashoda Super Specialty Hospital, Kaushambi said that apart from being committed to the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, we had decided to provide facilities to the beneficiaries of the scheme which other hospitals are not able to provide. so that the poor do not face difficulty in getting expensive treatment. We are proud to have done the first kidney transplant in the state and this has been possible only because of our expert team of doctors.
