Uttar Pradesh. The Yogi government has made a new strategy to control dengue, malaria, chikungunya and other diseases in the country. Under which test, trace and treatment campaign will be carried out on the lines of COVID to curb waterborne and infectious diseases in the state. All Chief Medical Officers and Malaria Officers have been directed by the State Government to work under this new strategy. During the rainy season, dengue, malaria, chikungunya, scrub typhus, leptospira and other waterborne and infectious diseases spread. Their sudden spread makes them difficult to control. In such a situation, even before the rains this time, the Yogi government is taking full vigil against these diseases in the state.
Despite the maximum population, with the best COVID model of UP, the state government has not only curbed the infection but has also fulfilled the resolve of life as well. In such a situation, the state government, which has overcome corona infection with the Four Tea strategy, is also going to adopt the COVID model for the control of water-borne diseases. Fever clinics have been made active in every hospital in the state. Here examination of fever patients has been made mandatory. If the investigation confirms dengue or other disease, then a campaign will be launched in the concerned area.
Waterborne diseases will be controlled under Triple T strategy
The state government has made all preparations to check water borne diseases under the triple tea strategy in the state. 50 families will be screened around the house of a patient found positive through the test, treat and treatment model.
