Gopalganj. Due to a wrong report by Bihar Police, a youth from Gopalganj is stuck in Dubai for the last five years. He is not able to return to his country due to wrong police report. While hearing this case on Monday, the court of Gopalganj CJM Manvendra Mishra took it seriously and directed Gopalganj SP Swarn Prabhat to conduct an investigation with a DSP level officer and take action against the culprit.
The court has directed the police captain that an Indian citizen Manoj Sah is stuck abroad due to a false report submitted by the Bhore police. He is not able to come to India. Another citizen Ashok Sah is not able to go out for employment because his passport has not been made. This is a serious matter.

The court ordered that the SP should form a team under the leadership of a DSP level officer and investigate the entire matter and take action against the police officer found guilty in the investigation. Inform the court. Also, give orders to the concerned to renew the passport of youth Manoj Sah who is stuck abroad. The court has also sent the entire case to DGP, Additional Director General of Police, Criminal Investigation Department, Patna and Police DIG Saran. Now the hearing of this case has been fixed on April 8.

There was a fight on 24 March 2018 over a road in Kawe village of Bhore police station area of Gopalganj. In Bhore police station case no. 87/18, FIR against six accused on the complaint of Sushila Devi, resident of Kave village of Bhore police station. It has been registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34. All the accused are on bail.
Bhore police gave false report in passport check
Manoj Kumar Sah was working in Dubai. His passport was expiring. So he applied for renewal of his passport through the Consulate General of India (Indian Embassy) in Dubai, a letter was issued in the name of Ashok Sah from the Passport Office, Patna on 15 October 2020. In which the charge sheet number 191/2019 dated 30 June 2019 in Bhore police station case number and the said charge sheet was also mentioned on 22 February 2023 in relation to the passport of his brother Ashok Kumar Sah. Due to which the passports of both could not be renewed.

In the report submitted to the court, it has been said that in Bhore police station case no. 87/2018, charge sheet no. 191/19 dated June 30, 2019, when the running register of the year 2018 maintained at Sirista police station was observed, it was found that the said register Charge sheet no. 191/19 dated 30 June 19 is mentioned in it. The name of Aio Puani Bakalam Manjhi is mentioned. The carbon copy of the charge sheet was searched in the office, but has not been found yet. Regarding the carbon copy of the charge sheet, it was also searched in the office of Police Inspector Mirganj circle and SDPO Hathua and was not found available. The original records of the said incident are being ascertained/researched. It will be made available in the court as soon as it is found.

Anita gets shocked after saying these things. , Anita, along with her small children Sumit, Piyush and Aryan, is hopeful that they will return someday. Whereas his mother Malti Devi’s eyes are strained to see her son. Manoj has a stone in his stomach. He is not even being treated. Whereas his younger brother Ashok was able to arrange food for his family by working as a laborer in the village.
