The victim Dharmendra Namdev was married to a woman named Babli in 2014. Both have two young children. Dharmendra, who was working in Delhi, received a setback when he received the news that his wife is having a love affair with the village young man Shivam Kumar. On the night of March 4, when Dharmendra complained of chest pain, the wife fed him a sleeping pill in the name of medicine. When he lost his sleep at night, he saw that Babli had left home and disappeared.
