Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Onion chopped – 1 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1 cup
Tomato chopped – 1
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste

Chopped green coriander – 1/2 cup
Mint chopped – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chillies – 1 tablespoon
Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon
Fresh curd – 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste

Pahadi Paneer Tikka Recipe
To make the delicious Pahadi Paneer Tikka, first cut the paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato into one inch square pieces. After this, keep all these ingredients separately. – Now finely chop the mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies. – After this, put these things in the mixer jar. – Put cumin seeds, two tablespoons of curd and one tablespoon of cream in the mixer and grind it. – After this, take out the prepared paste in a bowl.
