2 boiled raw bananas
2 cups besan
1 tsp corn flour
2 cups flour
salt to taste
tsp black salt
tsp hing
1 tsp chaat masala
tsp turmeric powder
tsp garam masala powder
tsp black pepper powder
3-4 green chilies
1 tbsp oil
Water
Method of making Bhujia-
Mash the banana well with the help of a masher or grater. Now filter the cornflour through a sieve and mix it. Now add salt, black salt, asafoetida, chaat masala, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, green chili and mix well. Now add gram flour and all purpose flour and mix it and knead it like a dough by adding water little by little. Now add 1 tbsp oil to it and make the dough smooth. After this, take a small portion of it and make it in the shape of a cylinder and put this dough in the sev mold machine, take out the sev in hot oil and fry it till it becomes golden. Keep the flame medium while frying it. Delicious and crunchy Banana Sev Bhujia for you and your family is ready. You can store this snack in an air tight container for up to 20-25 days.
