Ingredients for making Roti Pizza-
-2 leftover rotis
-2 tbsp cheese spread
-1 medium chopped onion
-4 tbsp corn
– salt as required
-2 tsp chilli flakes
-1/2 cup grated mozzarella
-2 tbsp pasta sauce
-1 medium chopped tomato
-1 medium chopped capsicum
1 tsp carom seeds
-1/4 tsp black pepper
How to make Roti Pizza –
To make roti pizza, first put chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, corn, salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes in a bowl and keep aside. Now take a roti and spread 1 tbsp of cheese in it by applying 1 tbsp of pasta sauce. After this, sprinkle half the spices with vegetables on the roti and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
