Ingredients for making Egg Cup-
6 eggs
1 small tomato
3 tbsp grated carrots
salt as required
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 big onion
1 small capsicum (green chili)
4 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Method to make Egg Cup-
Beat the egg. Crack the egg open in a bowl. Add milk and beat it well. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and add to the egg mixture. Add salt to taste along with black pepper and mix everything well to prepare the mixture. Take a muffin tray and grease it with some oil. Pour this mixture into the molds and bake in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove the egg cups from the molds and serve with ketchup or favorite dip.
