-1 kg meat
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
-1 tbsp red chilli paste
– 1 tbsp green chilli paste (you can also add roasted onions to it for taste)
-1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
-3-4 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp cumin
-4 cloves
-Mace
mint leaves as per taste
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-250 grams curd
-4 tbsp ghee
-750 grams rice (undercooked)
1 tsp saffron
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup oil
How to make Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani-
To make Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, first clean the chicken in a pan with salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili paste, roasted onions, cardamom powder, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, mace, mint leaves and Mix well with lemon juice. After this add curd, ghee, undercooked rice, saffron, water and oil and mix it. Now cover the pan with kneaded dough. Cook for about 25 minutes. Your Hyderabadi Biryani is ready.
