Certain diets can help you increase your platelet count. To increase these falling blood platelets, you just have to include these things in the diet and you can be completely fit again.
Giloy
Drinking Giloy juice is recommended when platelets are low. Giloy juice is very helpful in increasing white blood cells in the blood. Regular consumption during dengue increases blood plates and also strengthens immunity.
Pumpkin juice
Taking one to two spoons of honey in half a glass of pumpkin juice and taking it twice a day also increases the number of platelets in the blood.

Coconut water contains a good amount of electrolytes. Apart from this, it is also a good source of minerals which help in meeting the deficiency of blood platelets in the body.
Papaya and its leaf juice
The falling platelets in dengue fever can be increased rapidly by consuming papaya leaf juice. The juice of papaya or its leaves is very beneficial for the recovery of blood platelets. Apart from this, you can also drink papaya leaves by boiling them in water like tea, its taste is similar to green tea.
Beet and Carrot
Beet juice contains a good amount of antioxidants which increase the immunity of the body. If you drink two to three spoons of beet juice mixed with a glass of carrot juice, then the blood platelets start increasing rapidly.
Gooseberry
Vitamin-C present in amla not only increases the production of platelets, but also increases immunity. Amla juice or cutting it can be given to the patient.
Goat’s milk
Goat’s milk is a rich source of selenium, which helps strengthen platelets and the immune system.
kiwi
Vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, potassium and other elements present in kiwi provide relief in dengue fever.
