To make it, oats, finely chopped onions, some curry leaves, coriander, grated ginger, and finely chopped green chilies salt, cumin, rice flour, rava, curd and water and ghee

To make this, take oats in a mixer jar and grind them well. You have to prepare oats powder. Now take out this powder in a vessel and then add salt, cumin, rice flour, and rava to it. Along with this, you have to add some vegetables to make it more healthy. Mix finely chopped onions, some curry leaves, coriander, grated ginger, and finely chopped green chilies in it. Now it is the turn to make a paste, then mix curd and water in it and prepare the paste. Mix it well so that not a single lump is formed in it. Its consistency is a bit thin. Now the dosa mixture is ready, keep it aside for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
The batter would have been set now. To make this, if you are using a non stick pan, then heat it and make dosa, but if you are using an iron griddle, heat it and then put some drops of oil in it and then light the pan. Clean up When the pan becomes smooth, make dosa on it.
