To make this, put most noodles in a big pot and boil them. Do not over cook it as it may spoil the taste. When the noodles boil, after filtering them and sprinkling oil on it, spread them in a big sieve. Now cut the vegetables, cut capsicum, onion, broccoli, beans, cabbage, peas, zucchini, carrots, and green chilies. If children do not eat green chili, then they can skip it. Along with this you will need ginger garlic paste.
Now heat oil in a pan. And first of all add ginger garlic paste to it. And then add all the vegetables and mix it. Do not cook them much, just cook for two to 3 minutes and then add noodles to it, along with it add black pepper powder and salt. Mix it well with vegetables. Now it’s time to add sauce to it. Add soy sauce, vinegar and hot sauce to it. Keep in mind that they have to be put in very small quantity. Mix well and then serve hot.
