Keep these things in mind while boiling noodles
Never make the mistake of breaking the noodles- Whenever you are going to boil the noodles, do not break it. After breaking the noodles, it boils quickly and becomes sticky.
Add oil and salt to the water If you are making noodles for 4 people, then you have to boil 6 glasses of water in a big pot. When it boils well, add salt and oil to it. This will prevent your noodles from getting sticky.
Cook noodles up to 70 percent The noodles should not be completely cooked. When the noodles are 70 percent cooked, you should remove it from the gas because even after removing from the water, it continues to cook due to hotness. In this case, leave it lightly raw.
