Ingredients for making Achari flavored Maggi-
2 packets Maggi
2 onions (chopped)
1 capsicum (chopped)
2 tomatoes
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp pickle masala
1 maggi masala packet
salt to taste

How to make Achari Flavored Maggi –
First of all, put water in a vessel on medium heat and keep Maggi for boiling. Meanwhile, on the other side, put oil in a pan on medium heat and keep it for heating. Add onion and capsicum and fry it lightly. Then add tomatoes and cook till they become soft. Add Maggi masala, garam masala and salt to it. After the spices leave the oil, add tomato sauce and pickle masala and cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 spoons of water to it and cook the gravy for some time. Then separate the Maggi from the water and mix it in the gravy and cook for 2 minutes. After the stipulated time, turn off the gas and take out the Maggi in a vessel. Achari Maggi is ready. Serve it hot.
