material-
coriander powder- 1 cup
Ghee- 3 tbsp
dry fruit- 1/2 small bowl (chopped)
Chironji- 1 tablespoon
Magaz / Melon seeds- 3 tbsp (peeled)
Makhana- 1/2 cup (chopped)
sugar powder- 1/2 cup
grated coconut- 1/2 cup
process-
Step-1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add coriander powder and fry it for 4-5 minutes and take it out in a bowl.
Step-2. Add makhana to the remaining ghee in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step-3. Now add dry fruits, chironji seeds, magaz, sugar, coconut powder and coriander powder and stir continuously on low flame.
Step-4. Now take it out in a serving bowl, Delicious Coriander Panjiri is ready for Kanha ji’s enjoyment.
