how to make
To make this, first cut the potatoes and deep fry them (by doing this the vegetable is cooked quickly). Now put tomato, green chili and ginger pieces in a blender and grind them well. Make a paste out of it. Then heat ghee in a pan, then add cumin, bay leaf, whole red chili, a piece of lentils. Then compress it. Then add tomato paste to it and mix well. Cover it for 5 to 7 minutes. Blend the curd till then if desired. When the vegetable gravy is cooked, add turmeric, coriander and red chili powder to it. Now let it cook well.
Now add curd to the spices and keep stirring it. When it comes to the boil after a while, add potatoes to it. Mix well in the spices and now add salt, garam masala and mango powder. Mix well and keep covered for 3 to 4 minutes. Sabzi is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
