Ingredients of Dal Makhani
one cup soaked rajma
4 cups soaked black urad
four tablespoons butter
cup tomato puree
cup fresh cream
salt to taste
refined oil
Dal Makhani Masala
chilli powder
turmeric powder
Milk

how to make
To make this, first boil the soaked lentils and rajma together in a cooker overnight. Then after the cooker cools down, open it and check whether the lentils and kidney beans are cooked or not. If cooked, add milk to it. And keep them on the side.
Now heat refined oil and butter in a pan and then add tomato puree to it. Mix salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and dal makhani masala in a bowl till it cooks well. Then let it cook well. When the masala starts leaving the oil, add the boiled lentils to it. Now mix well. Let cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Now add butter to it and then garnish with cream. Dal Makhani is ready.
