Method to make Garlic Naan-
To prepare the naan dough, first prepare the yeast mixture. For this, put dry yeast and sugar in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. Stir the mixture with a spoon and keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes there is foam in the mixture then yeast is effective. But if there is no foam, then understand that the yeast is inactive or you have used too much hot water. In such a situation, do not use this mixture and prepare another mixture. Now sieve the flour and flour in a bowl. Then add curd, oil and salt and mix it. Then add yeast mixture and a cup of milk to it, mix well and knead soft dough. Now grease the dough with oil and cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 1 to 2 hours. Knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes or till it becomes soft.
Divide it into 5-6 equal parts and make balls. Cover these balls with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take a ball of dough and press it between the palms and shape it like a dough. With the help of dry flour, roll it long in a wheel. Now sprinkle some chopped garlic and chopped coriander on top and press gently with hand or rolling pin. Now flip the naan (with the garlic side facing down) and moisten the plain surface by applying water with a brush or by hand. Then heat an iron tava (griddle) on medium heat (do not use a non-stick tava (griddle) for making naan). When the tawa is hot, place the surface of the naan containing water on the pan. Within 1 minute you will start seeing bubbles on the roti. Hold the handle of the pan and keep it upside down directly on the gas. Roast the pan while rotating it till light brown spots appear on the surface of the naan. Now take out the naan easily with the help of a ladle. Now you will find that the lower surface has also turned golden. Serve it with butter.
