Ingredients for making Makhana Kheer-
one liter milk
100 grams makhana
two to three cups of sugar
one teaspoon cardamom powder
two tablespoons chopped almonds
2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
two tablespoons raisins
Method of making Makhana kheer-
Roast the makhana in a pan and leave it to cool for a while. When the makhana cools down, grind it coarsely. Now add milk, makhana, sugar and cardamom powder in the pan, mix it well and cook it on low flame for five to seven minutes. Then add almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins in that mixture and keep stirring it on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Your makhana kheer is ready. Now you can serve it in front of the brother by adding dry fruits from above.

If you are allergic to any dry fruit, you can skip it.
You can also put rose petals in it.
If you want the flavor of ice cream, then you can also add vanilla essence to it. Eat it after cooling, its taste will increase further.
