Raita Recipe: In the summer season, raita and buttermilk are drunk a lot to keep the stomach cool. In this season, adding raita in the daily diet gives health benefits, but it is also good for health. In this way, you can make raita in different ways.
1) Green Chilli Raita
To make this, you need a cup of curd, 4 to 5 green chilies, half a teaspoon of sugar, oil, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves.
To make raita, first add sugar to the curd and whisk both these things well. Then heat oil in a tempering pan and add chopped green chilies to it. When it crackles, add it to the curd. Now mix salt and cumin powder. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
2) Pahari Raita
To make it, you need curd, a spoonful of mustard, cucumber, a pinch of turmeric, salt according to taste, red chili powder, green chili, coriander leaves.
To make Pahari Raita, grind a spoonful of mustard seeds, then grate the cucumber and remove its excess water. Then add mustard, turmeric, salt and red chili powder to the curd. Add 2 green chilies to it and then add finely chopped green coriander leaves and the raita is ready.
3) Onion and Mint Raita
Mint is abundant in the summer season. To make it, you need onion, mint leaves, salt, curd, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder.
To make onion and mint raita, finely chop the onion and grind the mint to make a paste. Now beat the curd well and add chopped onion, mint paste, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder to it. Raita is ready. Cool and serve.
4) Vegetable Raita
You can take all kinds of vegetables to make this. To make it, we make curd, onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green coriander, green chili, salt as per taste, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala.
To make vegetable raita, grate all the vegetables except onion-tomato and finely chop the onion-tomato. Now churn the curd well. Then add all the vegetables to it and then salt according to taste, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala. Finely chop green chilies and coriander. Garnish the raita with this and then serve
