New Delhi. Marriage is considered the most important work in Indian society. Parents believe that if their children get married, then they should bathe in the Ganges. Till now we all have heard about arranged marriage, love marriage, court marriage or love in relationship but now the trend of weekend marriage is also being seen globally. This marriage is very different from other marriages and separate laws have also been made for this. So let’s know about this marriage, and also about the laws made for it.
Why is there a weekend marriage?
The trend of weekend marriage is mostly being seen in the countries of East Asia. Its effect is being seen the most in Japan. Rules and regulations have also been made for weekend marriage in Japan. People in Japan like to focus more on their career and are unable to focus on personal life. In such a situation, it is also difficult to take any kind of responsibility. In such a situation, young people resort to weekend marriage, in which marriage takes place but the couple meets only for 2 days in a week. Both stay together for two days of the weekend and live life according to the rest of the time. There is neither any kind of responsibility nor anyone’s interference.
advantages and disadvantages
In weekend marriage, neither of the couple has to put their career at stake as both of them do not have to bear any kind of responsibility physically and both live like single people for 5 days a week.
Meeting twice a week is also making love. Both spend quality time and there is no stress of any kind. Apart from this, there is no need to ask for personal space because you can live life without any hindrance for 5 days.
However, it also has some disadvantages. Firstly, if you want a child, then the entire responsibility falls on the mother. Because father will come to meet only for 2 days. No support is available from them. Apart from this, if you are not financially strong then this marriage is a loss deal for you. Because there is no such thing as responsibility in this marriage.
