Ingredients of Besan Ka Halwa
1 cup besan
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup ghee
1 tbsp pistachios
4 small cardamoms
How to make Besan Halwa
Dissolve the gram flour in milk till it becomes smooth and keep it covered for 5 minutes. Now put ghee in the pan and heat it and put the dissolved gram flour in it. Bake the gram flour on low flame for 12- 15 minutes till it looks light brown. Add 1 cup water and sugar to the roasted gram flour and mix. Cook till the pudding becomes thick. Your besan ka halwa is ready. Garnish it with ghee, pistachios and cardamom and serve.
