To do this, first lie down and lift the body from your stomach to the front and then bend your legs and bring them towards your hips. After that, hold your feet with your hands and pull your body from both sides, at this time keep your navel part on the ground, keep pulling the rest part.
Bhujangasana: This asana not only reduces belly fat, but also strengthens the muscles of the arms, waist and abdomen and makes the body flexible. For this, first lie down on your stomach and keep both the hands under the forehead. Keep the toes of both the feet together and now lift the forehead towards the front and keep both the arms parallel to the shoulders so that the weight of the body falls on the arms. Balasan: Balasan is the perfect asana for those who have started yoga. It also reduces belly fat and strengthens muscles. Pregnant women or people suffering from knee disease should not do it. For this, sit on the ground with your knees bent so that the whole part of the body is on the ankles. Lean forward while taking a deep breath. The ripe chest should touch the thighs and try to touch the floor with the forehead. After staying in this position for a few seconds, come back to the same position while exhaling.
