Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav made a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), alleging that the party is focusing on “trivial issues”, ignoring the real concerns of the people.
Talking to reporters, Akhilesh Yadav said, “There are two achievements of this government, pakoda and fugitive. Whoever needs employment asks to make pakoda and you know that the fugitive ran away with the money of the country.”
After this, the SP leader questioned its relevance for the needs of the farmers, taking a sarcasm on the recently passed Waqf Act.
Yadav further said, “Will the income of farmers double after passing the Waqf Bill?
Earlier on Saturday, Samajwadi Party supremo Akhilesh Yadav reached Agra to meet him a few days after the violence that erupted outside the residence of party MP Ramji Lal Suman to make a controversial statement about the historical personality Rana Sanga.
On this occasion, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yadav while talking to reporters attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
After meeting Ramji Lal Suman, Akhilesh Yadav said, “The Samajwadi Party will move forward by following Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s Constitution and the rights we have received under it. Action will be taken against the sword wavers and abusers (naming anyone). We are followers of law against the Bharatiya Janata Party.”
He alleged, “The BJP is about to take away the rights and does not work according to the constitution.”
Ramji Lal Suman has raised a controversy with his statement over the 16th century Rajput king Rana Sanga. He allegedly called “traitor” to bring him the founder of the Mughal dynasty Babur to defeat Ibrahim Lodi.
