Andhra Pradesh BJP President PVN Madhav said on Thursday that the high fee levied by US President Donald Trump on India will cause more loss to his own country. He said that the world’s most popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi will solve all the problems very sensibly.
Madhav’s comment came a day after Trump announced an additional 25 percent duty on goods imported from India. The total fee increased to 50 percent due to Trump’s announcement. This step was taken in response to India’s decision to continue the purchase of oil from Russia.
Addressing a meeting held in Ongol as part of the ‘Discussion on Chai Discussion’ program, the BJP state president insisted that the country can achieve widespread development under the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
Madhav said, “This move by President Trump is likely to cause more damage to America. India may face some temporary problems, but the country will achieve widespread development under the ‘Make in India’ initiative.”
The BJP leader said that the popular Prime Minister Modi in the world will solve all the problems with his understanding. He will ensure that India does not suffer any harm due to America.Taking tea, Madhav said that small incidents lead to major changes.
