Porbandar: A major accident has occurred at Porbandar Coast Guard Airport in Gujarat. Here the ALH Dhruv helicopter of the Indian Coast Guard crashed. According to the information received, this accident happened today during a routine training flight in Porbandar, Gujarat. Three people have died in this accident. Relief and rescue work is being done on the spot.

According to the information received, there were three soldiers including two pilots in the helicopter. ICG officials said that three people have lost their lives in the incident. Porbandar Superintendent of Police Bhagirath Singh Jadeja said that the incident occurred at around 12:10 pm. The Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) of ICG, carrying three crew members, crashed while landing at Porbandar airport, he said.

Three crew members were evacuated by helicopter and taken to a hospital in Porbandar with severe burns, he said. Inspector Rajesh Kanmiya of Kamla Bagh police station said all three crew members died in hospital.
