Girl falls into 500 feet deep borewell in Kutch
Kutch: A 22-year-old girl has fallen into a 500 feet deep borewell in Kanderai village of Bhuj taluka of Kutch district of Gujarat. Every possible effort is being made to save him. A convoy of officers including SP, SDM, police are present along with the rescue team and Bhuj fire department team. NDRF team, BSF team have reached. This accident is said to have happened around 5 o’clock on Monday morning. Till now, the condition of the girl who fell inside the borewell is not known.
The name of the girl is Indiraben Kanji Meena who had fallen inside the borewell at around 5 am on Monday. When the family members woke up, the girl was not at home. When people saw that the sound was coming from inside the borewell, the girl’s brother immediately contacted the farm owner and informed the police.

Police told a surprising thing
Local police have said that it seems to be a case of suicide because the 22-year-old girl could not have fallen inside the borewell. A girl of that age cannot go inside him. Information has been received that this girl got engaged at night. After that a call came from her fiance. While she was talking, there was a heated argument between the two. The girl was talking loudly. And information is being received about this incident happening in the morning. It is possible that the angry girl may have fallen into the borewell.
It is not known whether the girl is alive or not.
As soon as information about the incident was received, police station incharge M. Rana immediately reached the spot and informed the local administration. Immediately the team of Kutch SP along with the fire department got involved in the rescue. Oxygen and cameras have been installed in Aborwell but no success has been achieved so far. Kutch DM Amit Arora, West Kutch SP Vikas Sunda along with SDM Anil Yadav and higher officials are present on the spot. The girl is still trapped inside the borewell. The girl is visible at 490 feet but it is still difficult to say whether she is alive or not.
