Ravindra Jadeja Took Exceptional Catch: Hardik Pandya took 4 wickets for 24 runs in the third ODI between Team India and England. Thanks to this, Team India restricted the British for 259 runs. He also picked up the wicket of captain Jos Buttler, who scored 60 runs and looked quite dangerous. However, the contribution of all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was important in this wicket. He took a brilliant catch on the boundary. Its video is also becoming quite viral.
Hardik bowled a short pitch and Butler played a hook shot. Jadeja, standing on the boundary on the leg side, ran to the slide and took the best catch. Earlier, he had caught a brilliant catch of Liam Livingstone off Hardik’s ball. Electing to bat after losing the toss, the England team had a poor start.

Mohammad Siraj, playing in place of injured Jasprit Bumrah, took the wicket of Jonny Bairstow on the third ball of the second over. In the same over, he took the wicket of Joe Root. The team was in trouble after losing two wickets for 12 runs in the second over. Earlier, Jason Roy (41) had hit three boundaries on Mohammed Shami, out of which a four was hit at mid-off on the very first ball of the match.
Ben Stokes showed how good this pitch was for batting. Roy and Stokes took the innings forward playing cautiously, but Hardik ended the 54-run partnership between the two. Hardik bowled a line-length and got Roy caught behind the wicket. In this way England lost the third wicket for 66 runs.
Hardik kept the pressure from his end and soon he caught the England Test captain off his own ball. India were bowling tightly, allowing England to score only 16 runs in seven overs after Roy’s dismissal. Siraj came back and hit Butler’s helmet twice in three balls. On both the occasions the physio had to examine the batsman as per the ‘concussion protocol’.
