After this the second leg of IPL 2021 was held a few months later in the UAE in September-October. This time BCCI is taking many precautions by taking lessons from the last season.
This is the main reason that this time the IPL league stage matches will be held only in Mumbai and Pune. So that players do not have to travel much from one city to another. A total of 70 matches will be played in the league stage out of which 55 will be in Mumbai and 15 in Pune. The 20-20 matches will be held at the Wankhede and DY Patil Stadiums in Mumbai. Apart from this, 15 matches will be held at Brabourne in Mumbai and 15 matches at MCA Stadium in Pune.
On breaking of rules by players, team officials and match officials:-

second mistake 7-day quarantine for breaking the bubble for the second time, suspension of one match and his match fee will also not be given if he is absent in the matches played during the quarantine.
third mistakeThe player who breaks the bubble for the rest of the season will be kicked out of the tournament and no replacement will be allowed to the team.
On breaking the rule of bubble by the family:-
first mistakeThe family member who has broken the rule and the player or official who is the family member will also have to be quarantined for 7 days. Fees will not be paid for all matches during this period.
second mistake– That kin will be taken out of the bio-bubble for the rest of the matches. Also, the player or official will be quarantined again for seven days and the fees for the matches held during that time will also not be available.
