India’s premier badminton player Lakshya Sen on Monday said he is living his dream by bringing laurels to the country at the world stage and gave his “everything” against Olympic champion Viktor Axelsen in the final of the All England Championship. Sen, 20, from Uttarakhand made it to the final of the All England Championship in Birmingham but lost to world number one Axelsen.
Lakshya Sen wrote on Twitter, ‘From Almora to All England Open has been a long journey for me. I gave my all on the court in the final yesterday but could not win. For me getting a chance to represent the country is everything. I am living my dream and will always give my 100 percent on the court.
