Bengaluru: The husband taunted her so much on the physical appearance of the woman, she committed suicide after getting upset. The incident is from Bangalore. As per reports, the incident took place in DJ Halli area on Monday afternoon. The deceased lived with her husband Nizamuddin. On Monday, when her husband taunted her, Anisha (deceased) set herself on fire by pouring kerosene. When neighbors saw the fire, they tried to control it and took the victim to the hospital. He died on Tuesday. The husband has been taken into custody for questioning after Anisha’s parents lodged a complaint. A case of abetment to suicide has been registered. After this matter came to the fore, the discussion on prevention of suicide has started once again.
If the statement of the victim is reliable, the bail application of the accused will be rejected.
At the same time, in another case related to domestic violence, the Kerala High Court said that in a case of Protection of Child Sexual Offenses (PACSO) Act, the statement given by the victim before the magistrate against the owner of Hotel 18 in the city and two others was found to be credible. anticipatory bail applications will be rejected. Justice Gopinath P. said this during the hearing of anticipatory bail applications of the three accused – Hotel 18 owner Rai J Vayalat and his friends Anjali Vadakkepurakkal and Saiju M Thankchan. The accused have claimed that the complaint of molestation and sexual harassment against them by the victim’s mother was deliberately done to blackmail them.
The accused have also argued that the complaint was lodged in January this year, three months after the alleged incident. The victim’s mother has said in the complaint that the accused called her and her daughter to Hotel 18 on the pretext of a meeting. There Vayalat sexually assaulted her daughter and a video of it was made.
