Shajapur (Naiduniya Representative). On Sunday, there was a traffic jam on the National Highway at Rojwas joint near the toll plaza in Maksi police station area for four hours. In the case, Maksi police station has registered a case against two named accused as well as 100-150 women and men under IPC sections. The police have not arrested any accused in the case so far. Police say that at present efforts are being made to identify the accused. Many commuters had to suffer due to the traffic jam on the National Highway. Nor could the goods vehicle also reach its destination late.
According to the information received from the Maksi police station, on the complaint of Executive Assistant Sub-Inspector Sanjay Savner, in connection with the blockade on National Highway number-52 near Rozwas Jod near the toll plaza, Mahesh Kusmaria resident of village Sumarkheda Maksi, Teju Putra Kishan resident Garam Kanardi and 100 A case has been registered against 150 men and women under Section-341, 34 of IPC. It is mentioned in the FIR registered by the police that the residents of village Kanardi came to block the road on Kanardi Jod Highway Road with the dead body due to the serious incident of rape and murder with Bhagwanta Bai’s wife Jitendra resident of village Kanardi. On which ASI Sanjay Savner reached the spot along with the police force. Where the people doing the traffic jam were explained but they did not listen and continued to obstruct the road for two to two and a half hours by jamming on the road. On which a case has been registered against 100-150 unknown people including Mahesh Kusmaria and Teju Putra Kishan resident Kanardi. Police say that identification is being done on the basis of video footage of the chakkajam. However, till Monday evening, the police could not identify any unidentified accused other than the one named in the case.
There was a queue of vehicles
Traffic was disrupted on the National Highway for nearly four hours on Sunday. Due to this there was a long queue of vehicles on the highway. The agitated people doing the Chakkajam should not cause any damage to the vehicles and there should be no other accident. For this, vehicles were stopped long before the traffic jam. In the Sunera police station area itself, the matter of stopping the vehicles going towards Maksi on the highway has also come to the fore due to the chaos happening in Maksi. Many passengers were disturbed due to the traffic jam and goods vehicles reached their destination very late.

Bhagwanta, a married woman resident of village Kanardi in Tarana police station area, was brutally murdered by crushing her head with a stone. In the matter, the relatives of the woman and the society were angry with the police for their slowness in action. Angry people sat on the road, keeping the dead bodies on the highway, demanding the arrest of the accused. People had to say that by raping the deceased, the accused had killed her. The police should immediately arrest the accused. However, after the written assurance of the officials, people had left the highway and the traffic was smooth.
