India’s leading smartphone company Oppo (OPPO) has crossed the 10 million user mark on My Oppo app in just 10 months. The app was launched in May 2021 to build a stronger relationship with the customers. The app provides users with benefits such as premium customer service and multiple product-linked vouchers. Oppo is organizing a bumper lucky draw on the app to celebrate its success.
OPPO is giving these services to the users for free
This interactive app from Oppo allows users to share their experiences. Through this app people can get direct and instant support as well as get access to many benefits on the OPPO community. Oppo offers out-of-warranty maintenance, high-end user hotline and free pick-up and drop services to its members. Oppo users can avail additional benefits like free screen guard and back cover, free software updates, free mobile checking and Oppo Store vouchers.
Over the past 10 months, OPPO has introduced several programs for its customers such as loyalty programs to enhance the user experience on its platform; Raffle Game (Lucky Draw) for users to participate and get amazing prizes; and Super Oppo Days wherein users can earn points to benefit from attractive brands. Additionally, Oppo recently launched the Points Mall platform on the app. Here users can redeem their earned reward points and get coupons from popular brands.
Users can participate in the bumper lucky draw and avail upcoming benefits and offers (March 21-27) by binding their device to the My Oppo app, under the ‘My Privileges’ section. Members can bind their OPPO smartphones, wearables and earphones. Once they click ‘Redeem’, the profit will be credited to their accounts.
