OnePlus finally launched its latest smartphone OnePlus 10 Pro in India on Thursday. The phone is equipped with many interesting features. The latest OnePlus phone is powered by the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which is rated to deliver four times faster AI processing and 25 percent more efficient graphics performance than the previous generation Snapdragon chip. Apart from the new Snapdragon chipset, the OnePlus 10 Pro comes with a better AMOLED display than the OnePlus 9 Pro. The smartphone also offers a faster charging experience. This is the price of OnePlus 10 Pro in India
In India, the base 8GB+128GB storage variant of OnePlus 10 Pro costs Rs 66,999 and the 12GB+256GB variant costs Rs 71,999. It has two different color options – Emerald Forest and Volcanic Black.
– Globally, the price of the OnePlus 10 Pro starts at EUR 899 (approximately Rs 75,500) for the 8GB+128GB variant.
Last year, the OnePlus 9 Pro was launched at a starting price of Rs 64,999, which was the price of its base 8GB+128GB variant. Whereas, the price of 12GB + 256GB variant was Rs 69,999.
– The OnePlus 10 Pro debuted in China in January, where its 8GB+128GB variant costs CNY 4699 (approximately Rs 56,100), the 8GB+256GB variant costs CNY 4999 (approximately Rs 59,700) and the top-end 12GB+256GB variant CNY is 5299 (approximately Rs 63,200).
In terms of availability, OnePlus 10 Pro will be available for open sale in India from April 5.

Let us now know what is special in the phone
– The dual-SIM (Nano) OnePlus 10 Pro runs on Android 12 with OxygenOS 12.1 on top. It sports a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1,440×3,216 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display that is based on the second generation Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide (LTPO) technology. It brings a dynamic refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz. The display also supports sRGB color gamut and has 10-bit color depth. Apart from this, it comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Protection on the top. The OnePlus 10 Pro is equipped with the octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, along with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
For photography, the OnePlus 10 Pro packs a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48-megapixel Sony IMX789 primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The camera setup also includes a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide shooter with a 150-degree field-of-view. Apart from this, the camera setup is equipped with an 8-megapixel telephoto shooter paired with OIS support. For selfies and video chats, the OnePlus 10 Pro packs a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 camera sensor on the front.

– The OnePlus 10 Pro comes with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC and USB Type-C port. Sensors on board include accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer and a proximity sensor. The phone also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor which is claimed to be positioned higher on the screen to improve reachability and provide a faster unlocking experience.
OnePlus has equipped the new flagship with dual stereo speakers that are supported by Dolby Atmos. The phone also has noise cancellation support. The phone packs a 5000mAh dual-cell battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC wired charging and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging. The new wired charging technology is claimed to charge from 0 to 100 percent in 32 minutes, while the wireless charging technology is capable of charging from 0 to 100 percent in 47 minutes.
