According to the exit poll conducted by Times Now, the BJP government is being formed in Uttarakhand. However, their margin of victory is going to be very small. According to exit polls, BJP is getting 37 out of 70 seats and Congress is getting 31 seats. Significantly, the last phase of voting in Uttar Pradesh ended at 6 pm today. With the seventh phase of polling, all the phases of voting in UP were completed. Voting has already been held in four states of Uttarakhand, Punjab, Manipur and Goa. These five states have 690 assembly seats. The election results of all these seats will be out on March 10.
BJP government in Uttarakhand
According to the exit poll of Times Now, BJP is forming the government in Uttarakhand with a small margin. Here out of the total 70 seats BJP is getting 37, Congress 31, Aam Aadmi Party 1 and others 1 seat. According to exit polls, out of total 14 seats in Kumaon belt, BJP is getting 8 BJP, 5 Congress and 1 Aam Aadmi Party. On the other hand, BJP is getting 22 seats, Congress 10 and AAP one in Garhwal region.
Voting took place in UP in the last phase
Let us inform that in Uttar Pradesh, voting was held in seven phases for 403 assembly seats. The first phase of polling was held on February 10, the second phase on February 14, the third phase on February 20, the fourth phase on February 23, the fifth phase on 27 February, the sixth phase on March 3 and the seventh phase on March 7.
