CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed grief over the death of Babur of Kushinagar. He has ordered an inquiry into the incident. It is alleged that Babur was murdered by his bandits out of anger for voting for BJP. He had beaten Babur fiercely. Babar, who was seriously injured, was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Lucknow where he died on March 25, the fifth day of the incident.

In this case, after registering a case on the complaint of Babur’s wife, the police arrested two people. Meanwhile, CM Yogi expressed deep grief over this incident in a tweet. In a tweet made by the Chief Minister’s office, it is written- ‘CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep condolences on the death of Shri Babar ji of Kathgharhi village of Kushinagar due to beating by the people. The Chief Minister has expressed condolences to the bereaved families. He has given instructions to the officers for a thorough and fair investigation of the matter.

Babur’s son Subedar, resident of Kathgharhi village of Ramkola police station, was thrashed by his Patidars on March 20. Babur’s wife alleged that Babur was campaigning for the BJP in the assembly elections and had also voted in favor of the BJP. This angered his Patidars.
In the complaint given in the police station, the wife has alleged that four people of Patidari, who had eaten Khar for supporting the BJP, beat my husband to death at around 7 pm on March 20. On the complaint of his wife, Ramkola police had registered a case against 4 people named on March 21 under sections 323, 504, 452, 336 and 308. Babur died on 25 March during treatment.
