Salman had filed a petition
Salman Khan presented the petition in the Jodhpur High Court. Salman said in the petition that all the matters related to his deer hunting are related to each other. Therefore, instead of being heard separately in the Sessions Court, all the cases should be heard together in the High Court. Due to non-presentation of reply from the government side on Salman’s petition, the hearing was postponed continuously. Meanwhile, no objection was raised on behalf of public prosecutor Gaurav Singh for hearing of Salman’s cases in the High Court. After this, High Court Judge Pushpendra Singh Bhati issued orders to hear all the cases in the High Court.
