According to the report, the name of this girl is Afshin Gul, when this girl was only eight months old, when she suddenly fell while playing in such a way that she suffered serious injuries to her head and neck. Since then the girl’s head turned at an angle of 90 degrees. He had a problem of cerebral palsy and his health started deteriorating continuously.
According to the report, in recent times, people started an online campaign for the treatment of the girl child because the financial condition of the girl’s family was not that good. Gradually, money was started to be raised for the girl child and Rs 25 lakh was raised for the operation of the girl. However, even after raising money for the surgery, the medical team had predicted only a 50 per cent chance of Afshin’s survival.
At present, a team of doctors performed a successful surgery on the girl and straightened her neck. The girl’s surgery was performed at Delhi’s Apollo Hospital. The child will still have to be on support. But she can live life well ahead, because now the neck has become straight. Dr Rajagopalan Krishnan told that Afseen’s brother contacted him and he told that he understood on seeing the girl that it was a very difficult case, but her surgery was completed last week.
