Everyone’s signature should be different as it is used for verification. Most people try to make it different and hard to copy, while some try a simple sign. Everyone must have seen many such signatures which are very difficult to copy but the signature of an official of Guwahati Medical College and Hospital has started making jokes and memes on Twitter. A signature appears as a number of diagonal vertical lines drawn from a particular point. At first glance, one might think of it as a slant rather than a signature. But it’s actually a signature.
The signature is visible on the seal of the Registrar of Orthopedics Department, Guwahati Medical College and Hospital with the date of March 4 this year. The document has been attested by the officer, but no one is able to guess the name of the officer from this signature. The picture of the document containing the signature was shared by an internet user named Ramesh, with the caption that I saw many signatures but this is the best.

This was followed by several comments from social media users with pictures of strange signatures. At first people commented on this sign. He compared this sign to a porcupine. A user re-shared this by drawing on it. He painted the sign and made it look like a porcupine by applying face and legs. He wrote I thought he was making porcupines. Another tweeted and compared it to a peacock. Thought it was a peacock, he tried to make a peacock.
In the midst of these memes, someone raised an important question. How will banks verify this? Will they count how many thorns the porcupine has? It’s a signature defeating an AI Who is this officer! It must be kept by the secret services. Maybe he is sending some secret code in his signature.
