A judge of the US federal court on Wednesday cleared the way for the country’s President Donald Trump’s deduction in the federal workforce through which they are being offered money with the aim of encouraging employees to resign.
American District Judge George O’Tool Jr., in Boston, found that a group of labor unions did not have a legal basis for challenging the program. The program is usually described as ‘byout’ (buying activity).
Trump has a plan to encourage government employees to encourage them to quit their jobs.
According to the official residence and office of the US President ‘White House’, thousands of employees have accepted the government’s proposal. The event is led by Allen Musk, who is working as Trump’s top advisor to reduce federal expenses.
The labor unions argued that the scheme was illegal and they appealed against it to the court.
